Nervous energy on thin legs — always ready to run.
Impalas live in the in-between: between forest and grassland, between calm and panic. One sudden movement and the whole herd explodes into motion. They leap high, turn mid-air, and vanish into cover. Speed and agility are their only defense.
Males fight with sharp horns and loud snorts. Females keep close, ears flicking, legs tense. They’re everywhere, and still easy to overlook — until they move. Then you see them for what they are: fast, precise, and finely tuned to survival.
